About MatchedCare

MatchedCare exists to answer one question well: which therapist is genuinely right for this person, right now? Not the one who paid the most to be seen, and not the first name in a directory of hundreds — the one whose training, style, language, and availability actually fit.

Why we built it

Finding a therapist is usually a cold search through insurance directories and endless profiles, made when someone already has the least energy to do it. Families call ten offices and hear nothing back. Good clinicians, meanwhile, stay hidden behind the platforms with the biggest ad budgets. We thought the match itself — the careful, human part — was the thing worth building around.

So MatchedCare is a matching service, not a marketplace. We ask about clinical needs, communication style, language, logistics, and preferences, then weigh them against each provider's real profile. Ranking is never for sale. A clinician cannot buy a better position, and a family never pays us to be matched.

Alan Diaz

Founder & CEO

Alan founded MatchedCare in South Florida, where he grew up. With a background in psychology, he started the company after watching how hard it was for people around him to find care that fit — and how invisible strong local clinicians were to the families who needed them. He leads product and clinical-matching design.

Diana Iniguez

Co-founder & CMO

Diana co-founded MatchedCare and leads how the company shows up for families and clinicians. She focuses on making a hard, often emotional search feel clear and humane, and on earning the trust of the providers who make the network real.

Where we work

MatchedCare is live in Florida, matching families with Florida-licensed clinicians statewide by telehealth. Clinicians and referral partners in other states are welcome to read these pages and join our waitlist as we expand.
