MatchedCare sends you clients who actually fit your practice — matched on clinical focus, style, language, logistics, and the things you tell us about who you work best with. It's a referral and matching service, not another billing or credentialing platform, and it's built to sit alongside whatever tools you already use.
What you receive
- Warm, pre-screened referrals matched to your specialties and the clients you describe wanting.
- A profile you control — specialties, modalities, languages, insurance panels, availability, and the kind of client you're the right fit for.
- Matches based on fit, never on how much you spend. You cannot buy a higher rank, and you don't need to.
- Notifications the moment a client is matched to you, so you can follow up while it's fresh.
- You keep your own clients, your own billing, and your own practice. We make the introduction; the relationship is yours.
What it costs
Nothing, during the founding cohort. Founding clinicians join free and receive matches at no cost while we build the network in Florida. When paid plans begin later, founding members keep founding terms — and matching will never be pay-to-rank.
How MatchedCare is different
Platforms like Headway, Alma, and Grow Therapy are, at their core, insurance-credentialing and billing services: they help you get on insurance panels and get paid, usually for a per-session cut or a monthly fee. MatchedCare does something different — it matches the right clients to you and refers them. It complements those tools rather than replacing them. What does MatchedCare cost a clinician?

Is MatchedCare a replacement for Headway, Alma, or Grow Therapy?
No. Those are insurance-credentialing and billing platforms. MatchedCare is a matching and referral service that works alongside them — it brings you well-fit clients; it doesn't handle your billing.
Can I pay to get more or better referrals?
No. Matching is based only on fit between a client's needs and your profile. There is no way to pay for higher ranking or more referrals, by design.
