MatchedCare makes a small number of promises, and we'd rather state them plainly than bury them.

Free for families. You never pay MatchedCare to be matched with a therapist. Not a fee, not a subscription, not a markup.
Free for our founding clinicians. Providers in our founding cohort pay nothing to join and receive matches during this period.
No commission. We don't take a cut of your sessions, your fees, or your insurance reimbursements. What happens between you and your clinician is yours.
No paid placement. No clinician can pay to rank higher or appear more often. There is no sponsored placement anywhere in your results.
Fit over everything. The only thing our matching optimizes for is whether a clinician is genuinely right for you.

That's the whole pledge. If we ever change how MatchedCare makes money, we'll say so here first — and none of it will ever mean paying for a better spot in someone's matches.
